Full qualification criteria

Last updated June 2nd, 2026

The Assessment Track is designed to identify traders who can generate returns, manage risk, and operate consistently over a defined assessment cycle.

Each assessment cycle runs for 40 trading days.

Performance is tracked using broker-synchronised trading data and displayed publicly on the leaderboard throughout the cycle.

Core qualification criteria

To qualify at the end of the assessment cycle, traders must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Return

Traders must achieve a return of 15% or greater during the 40 trading day assessment cycle.

Returns are calculated using broker-synchronised trading data.

2. Maximum drawdown

Traders must remain within the 8% maximum drawdown limit at all times during the cycle.

If the 8% drawdown limit is breached at any point, the trader is no longer eligible for that assessment cycle.

3. Active trading days

Traders must complete a minimum of 35 active trading days within the 40 trading day assessment cycle.

An active trading day requires genuine trading activity and meaningful market engagement.

Activity designed purely to satisfy the day count will not qualify.

4. Ranking

At the end of each assessment cycle, the top 15 traders who meet the required criteria will be offered a live trading account backed by firm capital.

Rankings are calculated using broker-synchronised trading data and displayed publicly throughout the cycle.

Review before live trading

Before progressing to a live trading account, qualifying traders must complete the required review process.

This includes:

  • KYC verification
  • Performance review
  • Risk interview
  • Final desk approval

Live account

Traders who successfully complete the process will be offered a live trading account backed by firm capital.

The live trading structure includes:

  • 80/20 profit split in favour of the trader
  • Defined risk parameters
  • Access to institutional trading infrastructure
  • Ongoing risk oversight
  • Capital scaling based on performance and risk discipline

Trading conduct

All trading activity must reflect genuine market engagement.

Aralyx may review trading activity where patterns appear artificial, manipulative, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Assessment Track.

Activity that may lead to disqualification includes:

  • Opening and closing trades purely to satisfy activity requirements
  • Attempting to manipulate leaderboard rankings
  • Exploiting broker, platform, or data errors
  • Using multiple accounts or coordinated activity to distort results
  • Using automated systems, EAs, bots, or external signal mirroring without written approval
  • Any behaviour designed to bypass or exploit the rules

Important

All qualification criteria are published before the cycle starts and apply equally to every trader.

Aralyx reserves the right to review, correct, or adjust performance data where broker-synchronised data is delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or incorrect.

All final qualification and progression decisions are subject to review by Aralyx.
