Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged and access to the platform and services has been provided.

If a trader progresses to live trading, the Assessment Track subscription is credited back on their first profit withdrawal from the live account.

Professional Track applicants do not pay a subscription to apply directly with a verified live track record.
