Progression to live trading is the beginning of the next stage.

Live traders operate with firm capital under defined risk parameters and desk oversight.

You will be assigned a designated risk manager and supported by a pod leader through Trading Floor Comms, market discussion, performance review, and ongoing risk management.

As your performance develops, trading limits may scale based on consistency, risk behaviour, strategy, and suitability.

Live traders may also be considered for access to the physical Dublin trading floor for permitted periods, depending on performance, conduct, strategy, team fit, and available capacity.
