Live traders may be considered for access to the Dublin floor where it makes sense for the trader and the firm.

This may include:

  • Visiting the floor
  • Spending defined periods trading alongside the team
  • Participating in training or review sessions
  • In certain cases, transitioning to a longer-term on-site role

Access to the physical floor is not automatic. It is based on performance, conduct, strategy, team fit, and available capacity.
