FAQ

After signing up, you can connect your supported broker or trading platform directly through the Aralyx dashboard.

You will be guided through the connection process, which may include selecting your broker or platform, choosing the correct trading account, and completing the required authentication through the supported connection flow.

For platforms that support OAuth, you log in directly through the broker or platform provider. Aralyx does not receive your broker password through that flow. Instead, the broker confirms the connection and gives Aralyx access to the account data needed for assessment tracking.

For platforms that require a different connection method, the dashboard will guide you through the required steps. Step-by-step connection guides are available in the Content Hub to help traders connect their supported broker or trading platform before the cycle begins.

Once connected, your trading data is synchronised with Aralyx for performance tracking, leaderboard calculation, risk monitoring, and assessment review.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aralyx cannot place trades, modify orders, create positions, close positions, transfer funds, or trade on your behalf.
