Aralyx uses broker-synchronised data to assess traders in the platform environment they already use. Because of this, your broker or platform setup must remain active throughout the Assessment Cycle.
For Tradovate live accounts, live market data must be enabled through Tradovate for the markets you intend to trade.
For Tradovate demo accounts, traders must have an active Tradovate subscription and the relevant market data bundle enabled, such as CME or Eurex. If you are using a Tradovate demo account, you should use an unlimited demo subscription so your demo access does not expire during the 40 trading day Assessment Cycle. Tradovate subscriptions and market data bundles can usually be managed inside Tradovate under Settings > Subscriptions.
For NinjaTrader accounts, traders must have active platform access and the required market data enabled through NinjaTrader for the markets they intend to trade. This applies to both demo and live NinjaTrader setups.
For CFD platforms, a separate CFD platform subscription or separate market data subscription is not required. cTrader, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts may be demo or live, subject to broker compatibility, account permissions, region, and third-party provider support.
If your platform subscription, demo access, or market data expires during the Assessment Cycle, Aralyx may no longer be able to verify your trading activity correctly. This may affect your ability to continue the cycle or remain eligible for assessment.
Platform-specific setup guides are available in the Content Hub to help traders check their subscriptions, market data, and connection settings before the cycle begins.
